COMPARE

AutoTraction vs HeyCatch

Two products describing themselves with the same two words, aimed at the same first 100 users. One goes deep on your funnel. The other goes wide on your channels.

The verdict first. Buy HeyCatch if traffic arrives and does not convert, or if you want organic and nothing else. It instruments your funnel from click to purchase, ships fixes to your landing page, onboarding and paywall, and is honest that it does not touch paid. Buy AutoTraction if nobody knows you exist and you need reach from more directions: five social networks, outbound email and LinkedIn, press and ads. All HeyCatch detail below is from its own site.

How they differ in one paragraph

HeyCatch describes itself as "Your AI marketing co-founder: audits your product, runs daily growth moves across every channel, and tracks what works to get your first 100 users." Its FAQ sets the boundary: it takes founders "from zero to their first 100 paying users and $1k MRR without paid ads." Its five areas are Daily Distribution on Reddit, X, LinkedIn and Facebook groups, Viral Content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, Analytics and Improvement, Audience and Market Intelligence, and a weekly Dynamic Roadmap. AutoTraction covers content and daily publishing to five networks, weekly lead sourcing, cold email and LinkedIn outreach, drafted replies, press pitches and ads.

Where HeyCatch is ahead

Worth saying plainly rather than burying. HeyCatch tracks every user step from content click to purchase across channels, landing page, app store listing, onboarding and paywall, spots where people drop off, and ships fixes. AutoTraction does not. We grade your landing page for free and watch which posts bring signups rather than views. That is the whole of it. It also sells SEO and GEO content and app store work, and we claim neither. If your bottleneck is conversion rather than reach, the product pointed at conversion is the better buy.

Where AutoTraction is ahead

Outbound, press and ads, none of which appear on the HeyCatch site. We source leads every week, write to them by email and on LinkedIn from your own inbox, and follow up until they answer. We write the release and pitch the journalists who covered your subject. We run Meta and TikTok ads under your cap. We also publish daily through official APIs, where HeyCatch drafts and you click publish.

HeyCatch is cheaper on the way in. What it renews at is the one number we cannot give you, because the site does not carry it. Ask at checkout. A thing to weigh, not a reason to walk away.

Choose HeyCatch if

  • Traffic arrives and does not convert. It instruments the whole path to purchase and ships the fixes. We do not.
  • You want SEO, GEO or app store work. All three are on its list and none are on ours.
  • You do not want ads. It says so as a principle, and half of what we charge for would go unused.
  • Your product is consumer, so cold email is pointless and outbound is not what you are missing.

Choose AutoTraction if

  • Your buyers have to be found and contacted. Leads sourced weekly, then email and LinkedIn from your own inbox.
  • You want the posting done, not queued. Daily publishing to five networks through official APIs.
  • You want press. Journalists pitched on what they covered this month, release written for you.
  • You are ready to spend on ads. Meta and TikTok under a cap, losers killed automatically.
  • You want the same price in month six as month one, published before you enter a card.

The honest summary

Neither is a knock-off of the other, even though the taglines rhyme. HeyCatch is a funnel product with distribution attached. AutoTraction is a distribution product with outbound, press and ads attached. The founder with 2,000 visitors and no signups should buy HeyCatch. The founder with no visitors should buy ours. If you are both, fix the funnel first: reach into a leaking page is money burned.

The longer write-up is on the HeyCatch alternative page. Our plans are on the pricing page, the site grader is free, and AutoTraction vs Promote.chat covers the closest rival on channels. How to get your first 100 users after Lovable, Cursor or Bolt is this argument with nothing to buy.

Which one is cheaper?

HeyCatch on the way in: $19.95 buys a two-week intro period, $29.95 four weeks, $49.95 eight. What it renews at is not published, so a like-for-like comparison with our $19, $39, $99 and $249 is not possible until checkout.

Does HeyCatch run ads or cold email?

No to both, on its published material. "Organic first. Not a paid ads agent" is one of its three stated principles. The emails it mentions are onboarding emails to people who already signed up.

Can I use both?

Yes, and the split is clean. HeyCatch on the funnel, analytics and SEO, AutoTraction on content, publishing, outbound, press and ads. Be careful only on Reddit, X and LinkedIn, where both draft replies. Pick one to own those accounts.
